We're getting ready to potty train Ethan. I'm not looking forward to all the work. I am looking forward to changing less diapers! I am in desperate need of tips for potty training boys. I've heard you should train them sitting down; which I'm a big fan of, less mess to clean! All tips are appreciated!

Hey, I had a friend that said "Potty Power" is the way to go. She just looked it up on the internet, and it was only $12. I think it's a video, but I'm not sure. Check it out.
